Helping women reclaim peace, purpose, and resilience—so new possibilities can emerge
Services
Through one‑on‑one coaching, I support women of all ages as they move through profound life changes, helping them reconnect with their resilience and gently reclaim their peace, purpose, and power. I support women navigating both visible and unseen challenges—especially those carrying ongoing stress, responsibility, or grief while continuing to show up for others. Whether you’re managing the demands of work and family, supporting a loved one, or moving through your own health or life changes, coaching offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
My own journey includes the loss of a child to substance use disorder, the death of a parent and close friend, divorce, and major career transitions. These experiences deepen my empathy and inform the care I bring to this work, while always centering my client’s unique story, needs, and pace.
With training in life coaching and grief education, I walk alongside clients as they shift from heaviness and stagnation into hope, strength, and renewed engagement with life. Your goals become our shared path, and I’m here to encourage and support you as you step into the potential that’s ready to emerge.
All coaching sessions are held via secure video conference, allowing me to support clients wherever they are in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy and coaching serve different purposes, and both can be incredibly valuable. Therapy focuses on understanding and healing experiences from the past, identifying patterns, and treating mental health conditions. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
Coaching, including the grief and transition work I offer, is centered on the present—what you’re experiencing now and how you want to move forward. My role is to support your resilience, help you gain clarity, and guide you toward meaningful action in your life today.
-
A Grief Educator is a trained professional who provides compassionate, informed support to people navigating the many emotional, physical, and relational changes that grief brings. Certified Grief Educators complete specialized training created by renowned grief expert David Kessler, learning his evidence‑based tools, language, and approaches for supporting individuals through loss. This training equips them to offer grounded guidance, normalize the grieving experience, and help people understand what they’re feeling as they move through one of life’s most challenging transitions.

About Christy
“She is honest, yet measured. Calming, while empowering. She approaches every circumstance with acceptance, discretion and healthy boundaries.”
Hi. I am Christy.
Strength and reinvention were woven into my life long before I understood their meaning. I was raised in the stories of women who did hard things when they had no roadmap—building businesses from necessity, leaving countries to protect their children, and learning to belong in unfamiliar places. My mother embodied that courage daily after immigrating from Cuba to the United States as a teenager. I lost her when I was 24, but her resilience—and that of the women before her—became the foundation on which I built my life.
For more than three decades, I built a successful career in corporate America, serving in diverse operational roles and ultimately joining the executive leadership team. I was driven by meaningful work, collaborative relationships, and the opportunity to support organizational growth. Guided by the wisdom of extraordinary women who helped shape my journey, I found that mentoring and empowering women left the most lasting mark on my professional life.
The most defining moment of my life, however, did not come from my career—it came with the heartbreaking loss of my daughter, Maria, to an overdose of illicitly manufactured fentanyl.
Maria was compassionate, non‑judgmental, and deeply loving. Losing her reshaped my world and clarified my purpose. Her spirit continues to guide me, inspiring me to show up for others with the same openness and empathy she carried so naturally.
Today, I am a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Professional Life Coach, dedicated to supporting women who are navigating life‑changing events. Grief, transition, and unexpected change can leave us feeling unmoored, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I know this terrain intimately. I also know the quiet strength that lives within us—even when we can’t feel it yet.
Resilience has been a thread throughout my life, and it’s now at the heart of my work. I help women reconnect with their inner steadiness, reclaim their peace, and rediscover their purpose and power. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
It’s an honor to walk alongside women as they move through some of life’s hardest moments and begin to rise again—one breath, one choice, one step at a time.
